We ended up having canapes then a buffet for 20 people of all ages . There was so much choice and the standard was excellent, a lovely evening had by all and would not hesitate to recommend. The presentation was wonderful and the food was top quality. "In March this year we were delighted to be approached by Clarence House regarding a proposed visit to the area by HRH The Prince of Wales. The visit to Ullswater was to be a relaxing lunch featuring locally sourced ingredients and some quirky re-inventions of appropriate classics to celebrate the The Prince's 70th year. Debs was my first thought when we were invited to host such a prestigious event and I have to say that it was a spread fit for a King! Everyone was extremely impressed by the range of delicacies on offer and by Deb's imaginative and contemporary style of presentation.
